Monday Motivation: Practice the Art of Silence


Do yourself a favor and practice the art of silence. Just being alone with your thoughts to analyze the past and contemplate the future. Set aside at least fifteen minutes a day and unplug, no music, no phone, not computer, no tv, no distractions. Just you with you. Consider and learn from your past and build a better future. Choose who you want to be and make a personal plan to achieve your goals.
